MANUAL & CNC MACHINISTS Multiple Direct Hire and Temp-to-Hire Openings!

Essential Functions: ·Independently perform machine set-up – small lot sizes and high variability in work orders. ·Operate machine tool to produce high quality parts that meet customer specifications. ·Grinding positions must be able to hold .0002” tolerance on machined parts. ·Read blueprints and follow written work instructions. ·Write and/or edit programs on CNC machines as needed. ·Conduct first piece and in process inspection. ·Perform well individually as well as a part of a team. ·Work safely with minimal supervision. ·Demonstrate good housekeeping practices and maintain 5S standards.
Requirements: ·Minimum 2 - 4 years experience operating manual and/or CNC machine tools. ·Must be able to work off shifts ·Experience with Geometrical Dimensioning & Tolerance (GD&T) required ·Experience with measuring and inspection equipment. ·High school diploma or GED; mechanical training or vocational education a plus ·Knowledge of Mazak programming highly desired. Programming experience in Mazatrol or EIA highly desired (Mazatrol T03, T-32, and T-32 Plus Controllers.

SOFTWARE DEVELOPER Small development organization of a major corporation seeks an Individual who will be responsible for programming new features and troubleshooting existing software used in image transfer and processing.The successful candidate will have genuine enthusiasm and passion for technology, its application to solve business problems, and ensuring the application is the best it can be.

COATINGS TECHNICIAN Successful candidate will be responsible for all area requirements needed for application of coatings on optics. The successful candidate will provide a high level of engineering expertise on specific technology and/or provide project leadership on complete design. Actively mentors junior designers and engineers.
Responsibilities include: •Design advanced power supplies such as resonant converters and high speed modulators •Develop power supply architectures for high power switch mode magnetics. •Create analysis plans, execute plans and provide conclusions/ solutions. Analyses are complex may be cross-disciplinary. •Initiate and maintain extensive contact with key customers and vendors. •Advise management on technical issues. •Lead design reviews and provide technical leadership across disciplines. •Write and present journal papers.
Required Skills •BSEE degree in related technical discipline, MSEE degree or higher preferred. •6+ years experience in switch-mode power electronics in the 1-100kW range. •Experience with full and high bridge IGBT’s •Knowledge of with high power, high efficiency switching power supplies using topologies such as boost, buck, forward and polyphase. •Background using circuit simulation tools (e.g. SPICE, Saber, etc.) •Ability to understand and manage tradeoffs between cost, performance and power density •Writing skills experience with specifications, test reports, and engineering analyses
